Uses

Cosmetic
  • Apply one to two drops Basil oil to pulse points during warm weather for a cooling sensation on the skin.
  • Apply one drop Basil oil to the back of neck while studying or reading for an energizing aroma.
  • Combine one drop Basil oil with five to ten drops Fractionated Coconut Oil and use during a soothing massage.
  • Combine one drop Basil oil and one drop Tea Tree oil with five to ten drops Fractionated Coconut Oil, then apply to neck and behind ears for a skin-soothing experience.
Food
  • Add up to 1 drop Basil oil to extra-virgin olive oil for an Italian bread dip.
Household
  • Diffuse one drop Basil oil with Lime oil, Bergamot oil, or Peppermint oil for an invigorating aroma.
  • Diffuse Basil oil for a relaxing fragrance while studying, reading, or finalizing a project.

Directions for Use

Diffusion: Use three to four drops in the diffuser of choice.
Internal use: Dilute one drop in 120 mL of liquid.
